1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 is an exhibition of intersecting multi-media works, exploring the human desire for spiritual perfection and the obsession with self-betterment. Drawing from the physical and connotative properties of healing crystals, the artist blends unorthodox new media and sculptural techniques to replicate and digitize these objects, in an attempt to curate environments for psychic transformation, similar to meditative and hypnotic practices. All the while, the pieces remain an exaggeration of this attempt—scans of stones and vitamins curated to combat creative failures; a 10-foot 'energy stick' charged with holographic paper bags—overcompensating for our personal, subconscious faults with more glitter.
